The Centre for Global Business invites you to a public lecture and interactive workshop on ‘What does science say about performance-based pay?’
This provides a unique opportunity for you to learn about effective strategies and practices from the IMPACT (Investigating Merit Pay across Countries and Territories) project, a 50-country global project led by Jason D Shaw.
Jason Shaw is Chair, Professor of Management, Head of the Department of Management and Marketing and Director of the Centre for Leadership and Innovation in the Faculty of Business at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Guest speaker Professor Shaw will discuss the controversies around performance-based pay and outline a number of practical implications for pay system design.
This free event is particularly valuable if your organisation is developing operations in a global context or managing subsidiaries across the globe.
Please forward this invitation on to other contacts who may be interested in attending.
