Jason Shaw is Chair, Professor of Management, Head of the Department of Management and Marketing and Director of the Centre for Leadership and Innovation in the Faculty of Business at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Guest speaker Professor Shaw will discuss the controversies around performance-based pay and outline a number of practical implications for pay system design.
